Europe B2B POS Sales Manager/ KAM

About our Client:

Globally based company that develops design-oriented practical POS products.

Location: home office
European market (preferably Western Europe: DACH, Benelux)
Reports to:
Head Of Project Management and/or Global Sales Director

Main responsibilities:

• Co-creating and implementing the commercial strategy for the B2B  channel sales from scratch (developing this channel);

• Active monitoring of the B2B market and reaching big FMCG companies;

• Acquiring and developing contacts with new Clients (needs analysis, collecting and using market knowledge of what and where who is doing);

• Preparing customized offers;

• Proposing marketing & merchandising solutions to push sales from B2B;

• Cooperating within Sales and Company’s Advanced Solutions division responsible for customized projects.

Required skills:

• Extensive knowledge of the B2B/ FMCG market (big companies), wide contact network;

• A few years of experience in successfully managing sales or marketing projects with FMCG clients and daily activities and contacts with marketing, purchasing and sales support departments within FMCG sector across Europe;

• Fluent in English (fluent in German will be an asset);

• Good knowledge of MS Office;

•  „Hunter’s” attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit;

• Excellent communication, respectful towards colleagues & clients, team worker;

• Open-minded, independent, well-organized, goal-oriented and self-motivated person.
