HR GENERALIST/ Manager

Role description:
• Preparation of employment contracts, amendments to employment contracts, and documentation related to the establishment and termination of employment, including the issuance of certificates.
• Management of the entire personnel policy for the factory in Hungary.
• Conducting recruitment and selection tasks in collaboration with the heads of organizational units to ensure an adequate workforce.
• Preparation of the annual shift schedule, work schedule transfers, and creation of a leave schedule.
• Organization of training sessions to ensure employees maintain appropriate professional qualifications.
• Oversight of payroll and ensuring timely salary payments. Handling tasks related to outsourced payroll, verifying the accuracy of basic payroll data, and collaborating with the payroll company for checks.
• Provision of basic data for the monthly financial close to partner departments.
• Preparation of reports and statistics required by various state bodies by deadlines.
• Compilation of basic data for the preparation of a DB report, uploading basic data on the last day of the month.
• Serving as a strategic partner for assigned departments and individual managers. Maintaining regular contact and providing support in decision-making and various employee-related matters, including labor law and interpersonal issues.
• Managing tasks related to other employee benefits (commuting, work clothes, protective equipment, cafeteria, etc.).
• Participation in the annual staff planning process and budgeting process.
• Initiating and implementing well-being campaigns.
• Local-level operation of the annual global performance evaluation system.
• Willingness to understand the functioning of all departments, including participation in key meetings with clients and departments, where knowledge of their main goals is necessary.
• Managing 1-3 persons HR Specialist team.

• 2-5 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Manager in a multinational manufacturing company.
• Understanding of the frontline worker environment and temporary labor agencies.
• A hands-on and strategic approach to HR management.
• Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated empathy, analytical thinking, and flexibility.
• Proficient knowledge of Hungarian Labour Law.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and fluent Hungarian.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.

Sales Manager (Spain)

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase the company’s market share in Spain.
Analyze market trends, competition, and identify new business opportunities.
• Sales Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
Motivate and monitor the team’s performance, ensuring the achievement of set sales goals.
• Building Customer Relationships:
Actively acquire new customers and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Collaborate closely with end customers and distributors to understand their needs and expectations.
• Negotiation Skills:
Conduct negotiations with direct customers and distributors.
Prepare sales contracts, monitor contract conditions, and payment terms.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor sales performance indicators, prepare reports and analyses.
Regularly present progress reports to the management on sales achievements and forecasts.
• Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing department in planning and implementing marketing activities in the Spanish market.

• Distributor Management:
