sales growth and leading market development across the country

Employer: an international manufacturing company, leader in the field of insulation and building envelopes

Reports to: Commercial Director UA

Location: Ukraine - in the field/ remote (mainly travelling to the clients)

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships across the distribution network for Insulating materials while ensuring high customer satisfaction and strong market presence:

• Develop a network of distributors who will promote company’s brand in the Ukraine market;
• Grow sales of mineral wool insulation in the assigned region to end customers as well as and using distributors in the previous point;
• Find and win new customers, projects, and opportunities using the company’s brand;
• Negotiate contracts and pricing within company rules;
• Prepare offers and ensure correct payment terms;
• Analyse competitors and market trends, suggest actions;
• Launch and promote new higher value add products;
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, architects, investors, developers, and contractors and co promote the company’s brand with them;
• Maintain regular contact with customers and expand portfolio;
• Track sales results, update CRM, and prepare reports;
• Support claims handling and propose fair solutions;
• Cooperate with accounting on payments and stock with office staff.;
• Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements;
• Follow company policies and compliance standards.

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field;
• 3–5 years of proven experience in a sales role in the construction sector/ building materials industry (preferably mineral wool/ stone/ glass insulation and distribution networks);
• Familiar with networks of distributors across the Ukraine market and familiar with other players such as IZOVAT, SWEETONDALE, Rockwool, Knauf, Paroc;
• Proven track record in acquiring new projects and successfully closing B2B sales;
• Solid knowledge of business legislation and commercial regulations and the emerging trends relating to Ukraine harmonization with EU regulations;
• Familiarity with competitors and products in the insulation and façade markets;
• Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM, SAP, FABS);
Ukrainian language – native/ fluent, English – advanced (C1);
• Strong customer orientation and active listening skills;
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills (to architects, investors, and decision-makers);
• Ability to manage contracts, claims, and complex commercial processes;
• Analytical thinking and time management;
• Stress resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Cultural awareness and strong communication skills;
• Need to be self starter and self manager.
