Construction Technical Advisor UA

Reports to: Country Manager UA

Workplace: Lviv or Kiyv, Ukraine - remote work could be from home-office + once per week on the meeting in Ukraine, occasional trips abroad

Construction Technical Advisor UA (a technical-sales position) will be providing high-quality technical specifications for customers (design offices/architects) as part of daily cooperation with the technical office in Poland in order to include as many products as possible in the architectural design (main chipboard and insulation boards, building drainage systems and accessories).

Main tasks:

• Supporting clients and advising them on projects;
• Collaboration with the sales department in UA & technical office in PL ;
• Acquiring architectural offices for cooperation;
• Working with architects/clients;
• Preparing technical specifications for clients;
• Preparing calculations and measurements for production needs;
• Sales/consulting on solutions offered by the company;
• Monitoring quality;
• Analyzing customer feedback.

Required skills:

• Knowledge of the construction market in Ukraine;
• Technical education (architecture, civil engineering)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical consulting, B2B sales, or working with construction projects;
• Experience working with architects and preparing technical specifications;
• Experience on construction sites and collaborating with design offices, architects, and investors;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD in terms of reading technical documentation;
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English or Polish;
• Willingness to travel frequently for business;
• Independence;
• Good communication skills;
• Strong work organization.

Sales Representative UA

Employer: an international manufacturing company, leader in the field of insulation panel production, due to dynamic development

Reports to: Country Manager UA

Location: Kiev, Ukraine - remote/mainly travelling to the client (company car supported)

Responsibilities:

• Support and sales to existing customer base;
• Technical support, consulting customers;
• Negotiations with architect companies, investors, representing the company on tenders;
• Attracting new customers (signing contracts, assuming regular business trips by regions of Ukraine);
• Meeting sales targets and budgets.

Required skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with knowledge of roofing and wall panels;
• B2B sales experience for at least 3 years (experience in technical consulting, B2B sales, or working with construction projects);
• Knowledge of the construction market in Ukraine;
• Engineering education is welcome;
• Ability to present technical aspects of the product (insulating panels, FSL);
• Knowledge of the construction market, customer’s base, and architectural companies;
• Experience working with architects and preparing technical specifications;
• Experience on construction sites and collaborating with design offices, architects, and investors;
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English or Polish is a mandatory requirement;
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office;
• Driver’s license;
• Strong business communication skills, maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales;
• Strong organizational skills, time-management;
• Analytical thinking;
• Stress-resistance.
