About our Client:

One of a very few companies in Poland dedicated to designing and manufacturing high quality consumer electronics (characterized by elegance and simplicity), aimed at the international market.

Currently is developing its international distribution network focussing primarily on Western Europe and North America markets.

Location: remote, hybrid or office work (with office in Warsaw)

Main responsibilities:

• Searching and acquiring new partners to company’s distribution network;
• Account management – driving profitability of relationships with business partners;
• Preparing offers, negotiating terms of cooperation;
• Supervision over the implementation of concluded commercial contracts;
• Running projects independently;
• Participation in creating sales strategies;
• Monitoring competitors activities;
• Close cooperation with other company departments (especially: Logistics, Finance, Legal);
• Preparing and conducting presentations and trade shows;
• Participation in business trips, representing the company at trade fairs and industry events;
• Recording commercial activities and reporting the implementation of sales plans;
• Customer training: technical, commercial.

Required skills:

• At least 3+ years of professional experience on similar position related to product sales/ international distribution of consumer products (experience in electronics sales will be a big advantage);
• Sales success track record in regards to international distribution of consumer products;
• Finding joy in selling and running business relationships with others;
Business English (C1) and communicative Polish;
• Goal orientation, engagement, proactivity;
• Good communication skills (both written and oral);
• MS Office, Google Workspace knowledge;

and nice to have:

• Other languages knowledge, especially French, Spanish, German;
• Experience with CRM tools (Freshsales);
• Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA & Confluence).

About our Client:

Globally based company that develops design-oriented practical POS products.

Location: home office
Territory:
European market (preferably Western Europe: DACH, Benelux)
Reports to:
Head Of Project Management and/or Global Sales Director

Main responsibilities:

• Co-creating and implementing the commercial strategy for the B2B  channel sales from scratch (developing this channel);

• Active monitoring of the B2B market and reaching big FMCG companies;

• Acquiring and developing contacts with new Clients (needs analysis, collecting and using market knowledge of what and where who is doing);

• Preparing customized offers;

• Proposing marketing & merchandising solutions to push sales from B2B;

• Cooperating within Sales and Company’s Advanced Solutions division responsible for customized projects.

Required skills:

• Extensive knowledge of the B2B/ FMCG market (big companies), wide contact network;

• A few years of experience in successfully managing sales or marketing projects with FMCG clients and daily activities and contacts with marketing, purchasing and sales support departments within FMCG sector across Europe;

• Fluent in English (fluent in German will be an asset);

• Good knowledge of MS Office;

•  „Hunter’s” attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit;

• Excellent communication, respectful towards colleagues & clients, team worker;

For our Client, an international company active in the intralogistics systems sector and a manufacturer of automatic transport and warehousing systems, transporters, and industrial robots, we are currently seeking to hire qualified talent for the following positions:

1) Maintenance Automation

Ref. no: MA_CZ

Job location: Bor, Czech Republic

Responsibilities:
• Promoting the best practices in the field of health and safety,
• Ongoing maintenance of machinery and equipment as well as technical installations in
accordance with the schedule and technical documentation,
• Ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment in order to maintain the
continuity of production in the distribution center,
• Troubleshooting, failure diagnostics and removal or participation in removal in order to
minimize the effects and reduce downtime,
• Cooperation in the commissioning and optimization of machinery and equipment in the area
of responsibility,
• Establishing and maintaining good professional relationships at various levels throughout the
organization.

Basic qualifications:
• Strong electrical and control skills, experience in automation and conveyor handling systems,
• Higher technical education or secondary school (electronic, industrial automation, energy),
• The ability to read technical documentation and circuit diagrams,
• Knowledge of the industrial automation systems,
Experience as an automation engineer / electronics engineer (3 years),
• Ability to read technical documentation,
• Ability to work with control and measurement equipment,
• A solid basis of knowledge in the field of PLC-based control systems,
• The ability to solve problems under high pressure, proven in practice,

The person holding the position of Maintenance Technician is to guarantee compliance with safety

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and removing failures of machines and devices in the subordinate area,
• Cooperation in the commissioning and optimization of machinery and equipment in the area

Basic qualifications:
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills, experience in automation and conveyor handling
systems,
• Education min. technical secondary school (electrical, mechanical, industrial automation,
energy),
• Ability to read technical documentation,
